IMPORTANT NOTE RE G-MAIL
We've been hearing from some of our longtime audience members who have Gmail addresses, that they are no longer receiving our email alerts just prior to each film. After looking into this with Constant Contact, our Email Service Provider, we are hopeful that you will find those missing emails in your PROMOTIONS folder, rather than your PRIMARY folder. This is different than your spam or junk folder. It should only take a couple of minutes to fix this. The following info (provided by Constant Contact) should walk you through the steps. Please share this information with any friends who have been experiencing email difficulties, but may not use Facebook. Our regular email reminder will broadcast tomorrow morning at 5am for our January 28th film. Fingers crossed we have resolved the issue!
Why is My Email Delivering to the Promotions Tab?
Gmail moves marketing and bulk emails, such as deals, offers, and other promotional messages, into the Promotions tab. Emails sent through Constant Contact typically end up here because we are an Email Service Provider (ESP).

Getting Emails Delivered to the Primary Tab
Gmail’s Primary tab includes all emails from people you know and any other messages that don’t appear in other tabs. Getting your email to land in a contact’s Primary tab is naturally hard to control — it’s all up to the recipient!

Moving an Email to the Primary Tab
Your contacts may decide to move you into their Primary tab by clicking and dragging one of your emails from the Promotions tab. By doing so, all future emails from you will be delivered to the Primary tab.
Disabling TabsYour contacts may decide to move you into their Primary tab by clicking and dragging one of your emails from the Promotions tab. By doing so, all future emails from you will be delivered to the Primary tab.
Contacts may also disable these tabs altogether, allowing all emails to be delivered to the Primary inbox.
